IMPORTANT NOTICE!
This is a new system for us, and it will take a few weeks to work out the bugs. If you experience any issues, such as app issues, or believe your fares are not being displayed correctly, please let us know by calling/texting us at (231) 779-0123 or email us at customerservice@wexexpress.us. If you are using credit card to pay for your rides, please let us know the specific ride so we can track down the issue and issue any account credits.
