Meeting Minutes Public Access Statement

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Open Meetings Act (OMA), all meeting minutes are considered public records and are open for public inspection.

Availability
Meeting minutes are available for review and copying at the address listed on the public notice for each meeting. Copies may also be requested through the FOIA process.

To ensure timely public access, the following requirements apply:

• Proposed minutes will be available for public inspection within eight (8) business days after a meeting.

• Approved minutes will be available within five (5) business days after the meeting at which they are approved.

• Corrections to minutes must be made no later than the next meeting, and the corrected minutes must be available no later than the meeting following the correction approval.

The most recent six (6) months of meeting minutes will be posted and available on this website.
Minutes older than six months may be requested through the FOIA request process.
