Door-To-Door Service (Demand-Response)

Customers receive door-to-door (Demand-Response) service. Passenger assistance is always available. Unlike a taxi service, Demand-Response Service operates within time windows by grouping rides in the same area and using a single vehicle.

Call any time to reserve a ride, but requesting service at least two (2) hours in advance will allow us to better serve you. Ride requests can be made 6:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, and 9:00 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday.

General Services

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

WexExpress offers a wide range of NEMT services to anyone in or around Missaukee and Wexford Counties, including Cowell Cancer Center Transportation to and from Traverse City Cowell Center. Call or Text our Mobility office at 231-942-7848 to learn more!
