The Cadillac/Wexford Transit Authority (also known as the WexExpress) is submitting an Request For Proposal for Computer Aided Dispatching and Scheduling (CADS) software. The submittal is a joint procurement that involves a potential of seven (7) agencies, in which the Cadillac/Wexford Transit Authority is the lead agency.
